We respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data.
If you would like to request deletion of your Vidioi account and associated data, please follow the steps below.
1. What This Request Means
When you request data deletion, we will:

Delete your account profile information

Remove your watch history and preferences

Delete stored personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)

Disconnect linked payment details (handled via secure payment providers)
Note: Some data may be retained if required by law, fraud prevention, or financial record-keeping obligations.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion in one of the following ways:
Option A: In-App Request

Open the Vidioi app or website

Go to Settings

Select Account Privacy

Click Delete My Account

Confirm your request
Option B: Email Request
Send an email to:
Include:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Your registered email or phone number

A short confirmation message requesting account deletion
Example:
“I request deletion of my Vidioi account and all associated personal data.”
3. Processing Time

Requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days

You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete

In some cases, we may contact you for identity verification before processing
4. Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

You will lose access to all purchased or saved content
